Message	As being in good condition, I think you have a case to at least get enough back to have them fixed and refinished, because obviously those are in shite condition. He should have mentioned the gouges, the dent on the lip, and the bubbling of the paint. Those are very far from "good" condition. Hell, you even emailed him before asking if there was anything else wrong other than minor scratches. He NEVER mentioned bubbling paint, a dent, or gouges.
